NTHSTR beta legal

Beta waitlist privacy notice

Effective August 19, 2026 · Last updated August 19, 2026

NTHSTR is operated by Simple, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This notice covers only the public beta waitlist form. Account and workspace data is covered by the general Privacy Policy.

What the form stores

A successful request stores the normalized email address, validated source, event, or referral attribution when supplied, the immutable original cohort, consent version 2026-08-03.beta-waitlist.v1, a server consent timestamp, and bounded retention or deletion status timestamps.

Abuse controls use keyed one-way digests for the normalized email and trusted client IP. The limiter table never stores the raw IP, and its windows expire on a bounded schedule.

Use and consequences

The data is used only to manage a beta access request, preserve first attribution, enforce cohort and referral rules, and resist automated abuse. Submitting does not create an account, send email, grant membership, promise admission, establish a price, or create a paid offer. A later contact or invitation is a separate operator action.

Retention and deletion

The configured waitlist retention period is up to 90 days from submission. The bounded retention processor removes legacy request receipts and matching keyed email-abuse state, irreversibly replaces the raw email, and clears attribution and referrer fields for eligible entries. The application includes a protected scheduler route for bounded batches, but actual scheduler invocation has not been production-verified.

To withdraw a request or ask for deletion, contact privacy@simplellc.com. We may need to verify that you control the submitted address.

Service providers and security

Supabase stores the waitlist entry and keyed abuse state; Vercel hosts the form and route and handles normal request metadata. The waitlist does not send submitted data to an AI provider, Pinpoint, Web Push, or Stripe. Access is service-role restricted, intake fails closed when its configuration is incomplete, and public responses do not reveal whether an address was already present.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Send privacy requests to privacy@simplellc.com. Legal notices go to legal@simplellc.com.
