Beta intake terms

NTHSTR is operated by Simple, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. These narrow terms govern only a request to join the public beta waitlist. The authenticated application is governed by the separate Terms of Service.
A request, not access or an offer
A waitlist submission does not create an account or beta membership, deliver an invitation, guarantee admission, send email, charge money, establish a price, or offer a subscription. Account creation remains available only through a separately validated opaque invitation claim or another separately authorized admission path.
Your submission
Submit an email address you are authorized to use. Do not automate, overload, probe, or evade the form's security controls. Source, event, and referral codes are validated against NTHSTR's allowlist and do not themselves grant access.
Privacy and withdrawal
The Beta waitlist privacy notice describes the stored data, abuse controls, use, and retention. To withdraw a request or ask a privacy question, contact privacy@simplellc.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections where you live remain unaffected.
